Some diseases, such as cystic fibrosis, may require repeated hospitalization, which in younger patients often means having to interrupt classes and not be able to stay in contact with their peers. However, this situation is destined to change for the children admitted to the De Marchi Clinic. In fact, thanks to a collaboration between the The municipality of Milan, the Milan Polyclinic And Lenovo, children will now be able to continue their schooling process electronically, and not lose sight of their friends at school.

Milan and Lenovo for the Milan Polyclinic

Through the proposal of the councilor Elisabetta Strada, the Municipality of Milan has reached an agreement with Lenovo to equip the Cystic Fibrosis department of the De Marchi Clinic with 10 Lenovo ThinkStation Tiny-In-One. These computers, connected to the network, will allow hospitalized children to continue following the lessons in an interactive way.
