The characters of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp are coming in augmented reality
Maybe someone has forgotten Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, the mobile version of the famous Nintendo game, since the Switch title was released. But the variant for Android and iOS now pays homage to its players with an incredible novelty, namely the possibility of taking photos with the villagers using the augmented reality. A detail that absolutely does not appear in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, and which thus makes the mobile game unique and indistinguishable. So let’s find out how to use this new feature.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, augmented reality arrives
The new feature in the mobile version of Animal Crossing will make fans of the game turn heads. Now, in fact, you can finally bring the villagers into the real world, and take incredible photos with them, thanks to AR camera. And this applies not only to the characters, but also to the furniture and other details of your island’s decor. And that’s not the only novelty in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp.
The new feature is added to the game AR Cabin, which allows players to enter a virtual booth, which they can populate with Animal Crossing characters. Thanks to augmented reality, you will have the possibility to place an access door to your cabin in the real world, so that you can interact with your favorite characters whenever you want.
To these incredible innovations there are also some technical update. An iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 11.0 or later is required in order to play the mobile version of one of Nintendo’s most popular titles. As for Android devices, you need to upgrade to at least Android 5.0 or newer, with at least 1.5GB of RAM and 64- CPU bits. If your device meets all these requirements, we just have to suggest that you bring the world of Animal Crossing into the real one. Color and fun could really come in handy right now.
