The Apple Support app adds AirPods to our list of devices

Apple’s technical support is highly valued among its customers. In fact, there are different ways to contact the service when we have a problem with our devices. If you’re lucky enough to live near a physical Apple Store, it’s probably the best option. Otherwise, there are other ways such as telephone, online chat or also the Apple Support app to manage all our devices from an app and find out your warranty information. In its new update, the app include AirPods in the list of devices with which we can make arrangements and technical consultations.

The Apple Support app allows the user to have control of all their devices and make inquiries quickly. In addition, the app can be understood as a quick guide to solve almost any problem that occurs to our device. We can select from among all the devices associated with our account and carry out procedures specifically with the selected one. Along with the devices services also have technical support among which are iCloud and Apple TV +, for example.

In the new version 4.3 of Apple Support AirPods paired with our devices have been added to the device list. Until now, headphone support was separate because it was not integrated into this list and made procedures difficult. however, with this integration we can access support topics directly from the app:

• audio and sound
• Lost or stolen Airpods
• battery and charging
• Link and connectivity
• AppleCare+ or warranty
• Physical or liquid damage
• Other frequent queries

If we access our AirPods we can also check the device model, its serial number, information about support coverage, and recent activity associated with technical support. This update is a good way to integrate all the products in one application, with the aim of streamlining procedures and avoiding headaches for users.
