Kensington Introduces the StudioCaddy: A Modular Charger for Apple Devices
The number of accessories that Apple users have at their disposal to organize all the products of this company is very high, although not all of them offer the levels of quality that we can expect. To this wide range of options is added a new one by Kensington.
We are talking about the StudioCaddy, a modular support for Apple devices that allows us store and load in a small space both the MacBook and the iPad, iPhone and AirPods. This modular stand is made up of two separate pieces that snap together magnetically.
The support includes a USB-A port and other USB-C, the latter offers a power of up to 20 W, according to The Verge.
What the Kensington StudioCaddy offers us
Organize the entire Apple ecosystem
StudioCaddy allows users to store and charge their MacBook, iPad, iPhone, and AirPods in one place on the attractive, space-saving stand.
Dual Qi charger
Built-in dual Qi charger works with any smartphone/device that supports wireless charging. The charger module magnetically attaches to the MacBook/iPad stand to minimize storage space and is removable for flexibility.
USB ports add charging options.
USB-A and USB-C ports provide additional charging options to support other iPads, iPhones, AirPods, or AppleWatch (charging cables not included). The 20W power of the USB-C port is not enough to charge any MacBook.
Storage for MacBook and iPad
The stand holds the MacBook in an upright (closed) position. The iPad stand allows you to view and count your iPad or iPad Pro in landscape or portrait orientation.
The price of this Kensignton modular charger and stand reaches 179 euros. This product is already on sale through the Amazon website in the United States, but it is not currently available in Spain.
