Jump Force coming in February 2019 with new characters

BANDAI NAMCO has unveiled new playable characters coming from manga: Yu Yu Hakusho and Hunter X Hunter: Yusuke, Toguro, Kirua and Kurapika join the roster of Jump Force. There will also be four completely new characters from the story, drawn by legendary Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama.

In addition, the launch window was also announced, ie towards February 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One And PC via STEAM.

What is this story about? Kirua he is the third child of the Zoldyck family, from whom come the most famous and deadly killers in the world. Despite being destined to join the rest of the family, he decided to move out of the house and go his own way to become a Hunter. Also Kurapika has a difficult family history, being the last survivor of his clan.

A new setting from the real world was also unveiled: the Himeji Castle, one of the most famous Japanese castles, becomes one of the arenas of the next fighting. A Season Pass which will offer 9 characters and one Collector’s Edition which will include an exclusive diorama featuring the game’s three main heroes: Naruto, Luffy and Goku.

The JUMP FORCE Collector’s Edition will soon be available for pre-order for €300 and will contain:

  • The full game
  • The Season Pass (9 additional characters, also available for purchase separately)
  • The Diorama 30cm exclusive of Naruto, Luffy and Goku.
  • There SteelBook
  • 3 Art Board (28x28cm)

Players who pre-order any version of the game will also receive a lobby vehicle and 3 exclusive avatar costumes. A Closed Beta is programmed between 12 and 14 October for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

Places are limited and only open to members of the EP! C REWARDS CLUB. Registration will close on October 7 at midnight and the codes for the Closed Beta will be emailed in the following days. The sessions will be scheduled at the following times:

  • CBT session # 2: 13 October – 6.00-8.00 CEST
  • CBT session # 3: 13 October – 19.00-21.00 CEST
  • CBT session # 4: October 14 – 6.00-8.00 CEST
