iLyrics, automatically stores the lyrics of the songs in iTunes
iLyrics is a small program that takes care of find, download, and store song lyrics in your iTunes library, so you can see them later on your iPhone or iPod.
Its use is very easy, you just have to open iTunes and iLyric at the same time, select in iTunes the songs that you want iLyric to download its lyrics, and check the option Update Automatically (if you don’t want it to ask you whether to save the lyrics of the songs , one by one), press the Get Lyrics button and wait for them to download.
Once the lyrics have been added, from iTunes you can see them by right-clicking on a song, then on Get Information and the lyrics will appear in the Lyrics tab. From the iPhone or iPod touch you just have to touch once on the bottom of the album cover (on the Now it sounds screen) and the lyrics will appear.
iLyric usually finds the lyrics well, although in the lyrics of songs written with accents, the accents do not show them but show some strange characters. If iLyrics does not find the lyrics of the song you want, you can always search and save it manually (copy and paste in: right click on the song> Get Information> Lyrics).
Download iLyrics for Windows (it’s free).
Note: There is a different version for Mac, but I have not been able to test it (available on Softonic).
