Civilization VI: new contents of the New Frontier Pass are coming
New update coming for Civilization VI. The popular strategy game developed by Firaxis Games is preparing to receive the second package of contents foreseen by New Frontier Pass announced a few months ago. Starting with the next one 23 July, in fact, the game will be enriched with a new civilization and several other contents.
New content for Civilization VI
With the arrival of the second package of the New Frontier Pass (free for those who already have the pass or can be purchased individually for 4.99 euros), the game records the debut of the new civilization, theEthiopia, who returns to Civilization after starring in the fifth episode of the series. Among the novelties there is also a series of new structures and a brand new district.
Also note the introduction of the new mode Secret Societies, with a new set of rules, which will be available to users who have already purchased one of the game’s two expansions, Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm. Among the novelties of the update coming next week for the game there are also the new packs for leaders Teddy Roosevelt and Catherine De Medici. The packs in question will change the look of the two leaders.
On the occasion of the announcement of the new pack, Firaxis has also released a new one development diary where the developers take stock of the game.
Introduced nearly four years ago, Civilization VI has received a large number of updates over time. In addition to the two previously mentioned expansions and a series of minor DLCs, which have enriched the number of civilizations available, the game recorded the debut of the console and mobile versions. Completing the title will be additional content from the New Frontier Pass which will only be complete in 2021, further extending support for the title.
