Byton: the futuristic SUV that comes from China and wants to make war on Tesla

To the CES 2018 of Las Vegas makes its debut Byton, the electric SUV concept of the Chinese startup Future Mobility Corporation, capable of tackling 520 km on a single charge.

More than in a car, it feels like being in a living room. The classic and “obsolete” dashboard has been replaced by a gigantic 49-inch display (1.25 meters wide and 25 centimeters high). The two rear seats can even rotate 180 degrees.

The electric SUV Byton will make its appearance on the Chinese market at the end of 2019 and will have autonomous driving and a voice assistant Amazon Alexa.

Byton – whose quintessential rival is Tesla Model X – could arrive in Europe in the second half of 2020.
